Step Inside the Pilot
Our first community in Lincoln County brings families, care and sustainability together on one safe piece of land.
Why This Pilot Matters
Across the world, families raising children with lifelong care needs face the same fear:
Who will care for my child when I can’t?
This pilot creates a living example of how families can stay close, supported and safe – even when circumstances change. It’s more than housing; it’s a community built on love, inclusion and security.
Our Vision
The Lincoln Pilot demonstrates the 1–3–3 Model:
- 1 Community Center for daily programs, therapy and connection
- 3 Family Homes for parents or relatives living nearby
- 3 Group Homes for children and adults with lifelong care needs
Together they form a small, self-sustaining village where care, housing and belonging meet.
How It Works
Families apply through Mea Vota Foundation. Each resident has a personalized care plan and a shared support network. Parents can live on the same property — maintaining love and presence without stress or separation.
Funding comes from a mix of donations, partnerships and public programs so no family is left behind.
